This is me.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with a background in neuroscience. I’m also a mom, a runner, and an outdoor enthusiast.

My passion is increasing mental health awareness, and I’m an advocate for trauma-informed care. I love working with educators, students, and families around New England.

Get to know me, my process, and learn how I can help you.

Services I offer

When you’re ready to take the first step,

  • I have been consulting with schools across New England for years.

I do full and half-day professional development as well as student-based consultations.

Contact me to design a unique program for your school district or classroom.

  • I consult with community organizations including police departments. Contact me for more information about how I can support your organization’s specific needs.

  • I lead weekly adolescent check-in and processing groups for teens in high school.

In these groups, I give teens a space to connect in person to talk about what it’s like to be a teenager right now. It’s also a place where they can learn and practice skills to help them navigate the challenges of our current world.

  • I specialize in working with adolescents and families however I enjoy seeing clients of all ages.

Appointments are in person in my office in Exeter, NH.

It was an honor talking to local up-standers about their experiences in high schools and colleges in New Hampshire. Hear what they say about drug usage and the current state of mental health in our schools.
