I hear you, and I’m here for you.
I want to understand the challenges you face, and be here to support you. As a licensed clinical psychologist with a strong background in neuroscience, my professional life is deeply enriched by my personal roles as a mom, wife, and daughter. My family's journey across the globe exposed me to diverse communities, profoundly shaping my approach to mental well-being.
I believe our world needs a significant cultural shift in how we perceive, discuss, and address mental health. My passion lies in empowering communities to heal collectively through education, fostering genuine connection, and applying practical strategies. I'm dedicated to this work, especially for families and educators, who are the vital backbone of our communities and currently face immense needs.
More About Me
I began my career as a school psychologist, and while I cherished that work, I felt driven to make a broader impact. My professional journey has since spanned diverse settings, including community mental health centers, PHP and IOP programs for teens, and group practices. Since 2022, I've proudly owned my own private practice, continuing to learn and grow alongside my clients and school districts. A pivotal four years living in Europe and Asia, where I worked with international schools and as a private consultant, profoundly strengthened my cultural competency and expanded my breadth and depth of knowledge.
I've had the privilege of working in more than 30 different school districts across three states, engaging in a range of activities from single-day professional development sessions to comprehensive three-year contracts. I prefer to be on the ground, embedded within the communities I serve, acting as a "boots on the ground" voice for students, staff, and families. Beyond my professional life, I'm most at home on the trails of New Hampshire's White Mountains, adventuring with my three young children and husband. I look forward to connecting with you to discuss how we can help your community communicate, learn, grow, and thrive together.
